Agnieszka Wszolkowski was born in Poland and has been in the United States since she was a teen. She went to Rutgers University where she discovered her passion for the arts. Ms. Wszolkowski is a painter printmaker, photographer and art educator. She began teaching in Orange at Main Street School in September 2005 where she teaches art to grades 6th, 7th and 8th.

Ms. Wszolkowski has exhibited her art in numerous places in New Jersey including the Montclair Art Museum, and the Jersey City Art Tour.

Ms. Wszolkowski is a member of _gaia studio, a collective of women, for women, for the making of textiles, clothing, printmaking, painting, architecture, music, film, photography, science, the performing arts, & writing, as well as to promote environmental, social, and political activism ... all things which color the lives of the women involved. They actively promote and support the work of local women artists while developing programming to reach out to and help emerging artists in need of studio space, facilities, and resources. In their pursuit of awareness they also concentrate on activism, from the issues in the local community to global issues affecting the lives of women. _gaia is based out of Hoboken, New Jersey.
